REFUND POLICY
At MagicPow, we strive to provide flexibility for our customers while maintaining fairness to our instructors and programs. Please review our policies for lessons, packages, and programs below.
Single Lessons (Booked Online or In-Store)
Free cancellation and full refund: Up to 48 hours before the appointment date.
Within 48 hours of the appointment: No refund. Only store credit will be issued, and a $45 rescheduling fee may apply unless a valid doctor’s note is provided.
Missed Lessons: No refund and no credit.
Lesson Packages (Booked Online or In-Store)
Free cancellation and full refund: Up to 48 hours before the first lesson of the package.
Within 48 hours of the first lesson: No refund, only store credit.
Programs (e.g., Freestyle Ski/Snowboard Programs, Camps, etc.)
Free cancellation and full refund: Up to 14 days before the program start date.
Within 14 days of the program start date: No refund, only store credit, including late registrations made within 14 days of the start date.
Once the program starts: No refunds. Credit will only be issued if MagicPow cancels the program or session.
Missed Days: No refunds or credits for missed camp days or program sessions.
Changes: Program changes may be allowed based on availability.
Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@magicpow.ca.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the request has been reviewed and approved.
