FAQs
What should I wear during my visit?
Our facility maintains a comfortable room-temperature indoor environment.
For ski or snowboard lessons on the ski machines, we recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing, such as a gym outfit. Long or short sleeves and long or short pants are all suitable—wear whatever keeps you comfortable while moving.
For airbag sessions, we spray water on the airbag surface. You will get wet when using the airbag. PLEASE BRING A SET OF DRY CLOTHES.
What should I bring for my lesson or session?
For ski/snowboard lessons, we provide all necessary equipment including skis/snowboard, boots, and helmets. However, if you're coming for an airbag jump session, please remember to bring your own gear set. Alternatively, we offer rental services for an additional fee. Additionally, please remember to bring your own snow or knit gloves, as they are mandatory when using the ski machine and slopes for safety reasons.
How can I use/access to Airbag Jump?
The airbag jump is designed for freestyle training in a safe, controlled environment. A one-time annual membership ($89) is required to access the airbag.
Membership includes a mandatory 60-minute trial session with safety orientation to ensure proper technique and understanding of facility rules. After completing the trial, members can purchase single-session tickets or a monthly pass to practice independently, or book freestyle lessons and programs.
What should I do before arrival?
Prior to your visit, we kindly ask that you sign the waiver each time you come to our facility. This helps streamline the check-in process and ensures you can start your session promptly. Additionally, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and any necessary preparations. Starting on time is essential to make the most of your class. Please note that arriving late may result in a deduction of class time without compensation.
Can I reschedule my lesson?
Yes, you may reschedule your lesson if needed. However, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a $45 rebooking fee, unless a doctor’s note is provided. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change, and we’ll do our best to find a suitable alternative time for your lesson.
